I have been suffering from migraines for a while and the winter weight gain has definitely been in the mix as well.
I am due to fly off to the tropical climes in February so I have approximately 90 days until my holiday. During this time I will be following a fruitarian diet, keeping up a good hair regime and exercising properly as well so come back to check on my progress x
